Research Report - Sterling

Sterling provides background and identity services to companies during the hiring process. This commissioned report dials in on how this process has evolved and best practices looking forward. In the midst of a global pandemic, the research also questions the long-term effects of Covid-19 on background screening with an urgent need for healthcare and essential workers as well as a shift to remote work.

Sterling has a strong brand. A majority of the icons and graphics were already part of their library. For this report design, I took influence from their style guide and infographics they shared with me. Using those items as a starting point, I was able to take a little artistic liberty to give the report a fresh twist on their identity while still working within their guidelines.

Included in the design brief was an accompanying infographic consisting some of the information within the report to act as a teaser. The final pdf could be shared by Sterling to build interest and lead clients to download the full report.
